Sinyx provides an API that converts public web pages into structured formats such as Markdown, plain text, HTML, and semantic chunks. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the website, demo, or API.

2. Information We Process

When you use Sinyx, we may process request data such as submitted URLs, selected output format, request time, response status, error details, and technical metadata needed for reliability, security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.

3. Extracted Content

Sinyx processes public page content to generate the requested response. Extracted page content is returned to the requester and is not intended to be stored after the response is delivered.

4. Demo Verification

The public demo uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce abuse. Cloudflare may process verification signals according to its own privacy practices.

5. RapidAPI

API subscriptions, billing, key issuance, account management, and usage dashboards are handled by RapidAPI. Information submitted to RapidAPI is governed by RapidAPI's terms and privacy policy.

6. Security And Abuse Prevention

We may retain operational metadata when needed to protect the service, investigate abuse, debug reliability issues, enforce limits, or comply with applicable obligations.
