The app keeps its working database locally. Create manual backups and keep a separate copy somewhere safe.

Pakistan businesses can configure their own FBR credentials and endpoint. Integration needs internet access and the appropriate registration.
Know what you need before installing
A Windows PC
Windows 10 version 2004 (build 19041) or later, or Windows 11, with an x64 processor. Plan for at least 4 GB of memory; 8 GB is recommended. Keyboard and mouse work with the app.
Receipt previews use Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime. Install or repair that runtime if Windows asks for it.
A compatible receipt printer
Configured thermal output uses ESC/POS through a Windows printer queue or a network printer. Driver-based printing is also available through the Windows print dialog.
Printer compatibility must be checked with your own hardware. Serial printer connections are not supported in this release.
Local work, optional online features
Normal business records are stored on the local PC. Microsoft Store acquisition and licence checks, optional FBR submission, network printing and support may need a connection. A valid app licence is required for business changes; an expired trial keeps existing records available for viewing, export and backup.
The app does not provide cloud synchronisation between shops or computers. Keep backups outside the working PC as part of your own recovery routine.
Release and pricing
Sinyx POS is being prepared for Microsoft Store. Public acquisition is not yet available from this page. Price, trial duration and the Store download link will be shown once the approved listing is ready.
